1. Are we Manufacturer?

Yes, we are a specialized manufacturer of Stainless Steel Tubes and Pipe, Nickel Alloy Tubes and Pipes in China.

 2. What is your minimum order?

Yes, usually 200KG for each sizes, please contact us when you are trying to purchase less than container load

3. What form of quotation do you offer?

FOB Shanghai, CIF and CNF/CFR Discharge Port according to Incoterm 2020

 4. What is your payment term? 

Payment term with T/T, L/C at Sight according UCP 600. We accept USD, Euro, JPY, GBP.etc

5. Is the sample for free or not?

Samples offered with Free, until our customer is completely satisfied . But you have to pay the freight charge.

6. How do you guarantee the quality of the products?

All of our procedures are strictly operated under the ISO 9001-2018, and there are as many as 6 times of tests during the production of each product to ensure the quality. and we have our own test laboratory, 

Every tubes will be tested under our testing equipment before packing.

7. How do you package the product?

Seaworthy Wooden cases for thin wall thickness if required
In Plywood Cases With Plastic Paper Protect

In bundles, internal wrapped with plastic foil, external wrapped with polywoven bags, we use steel belt to pack the outside

8. How are the orders shipped?

By sea. We arrange up to the port of departure or port of destination (Shipment/ freight to be paid by the buyer).

By air. as your request

9.How about the TPI Third Party Inspection ?

We accept third party inspections such as UEV, SGS, LR, MOODY, ITS, DNV,BV, Lloyd’s Reg. of Shipping ,TüV ,GL as well as customer’s stage-wise inspection are welcome.

10. How long will it take to produce an order?

We have a store for quick orders. 

For contract order, it is at least 10 days for the purchasing and production time.

and 3 days for the sample. The reason why we take it long is purely to guarantee the quality.
