Service During Producing
Select the best quality stainless steel pipe material. From Yongxing / BAOSTEEL / TISCO / Sandvik / Outokumpu.
Manufacture the Stainless Steel Tubing and Nickel Alloy Tubes strictly according to the MPS and Specification. Supervise the Process of Production, ensure the delivery on time. Report the Stainless Steel Tubing Production Status Report Weekly by E-mail.
Main Testing Terms and Production Procedure:
- 1. Heat Treatment with Solution Annealing and Pickling / Bright Annealing
- 2. Cutting to required length and deburring
- 3. Chemical Composition Analysis Test With 100% PMI by Hitachi X-MET8000 Smart Portable Spectrometer and One tube from each heat by Direct Reading Spectrometer
- 4. Visual Test and Endoscope Test for Outside Surface and Inside Surface Quality according to ASTM A1016 / ASME SA 1016
- 5. 100% Hydrostatic Test according to ASTM A1016 / ASME SA 1016 and 100% Eddy Current Test according to ASTM E426
- 6. Ultrasonic Test according to ASTM E213 subject to the MPS (Material Purchase Specification)
- 7. Mechanical Tests includes Tension Test, Yield Strength Test, Elongation according to ASTM A370 / ASME SA 370, Flattening Test, Flaring Test, Hardness Test according to ASTM A999 / ASME SA 999
- 8. Impact Test subject to Standard request
- 9. Grain Size Test according to ASTM E112 and Intergranular Corrosion Test according to ASTM A262 Practice E / Practice C
