We have 2 sets Cold Drawn Machine with Floating Mandrel with Korea Lubricant Oil. Ensure that the inner surface of the stainless steel tube is smooth enough. And all degreasing process finished by manual, ensure the surface of stainless steel tubes bright enough. Final Bright Annealing process finished with Bright Annealing Furnace. Without Pickling, friendly to the Enviorment.

We have 6 Sets of Precision Cold Rolled Machines using highly polished rollers in touch with the stainless steel surface and control the velocity of the pilger machine to ensure the smoothness and brightness. Selected the best quality stainless steel round bar, clean and smooth on outside surface and inside surface. Withstand high pressure,no deformation after cold bending, no crack and break after flattening and flaring etc.
