EEMUA 234 UNS 7060X Copper Nickel Alloy, prevents against seawater corrosion, high anti-fouling properties against sea microorganism. Widely applied to offshore and related industries such as ship-building & repairing, petrochemical, natural gas and so on. C70600 Copper Nickel Tubes / Copper-Nickel 90/10 Seamless Tubes have good corrosion resistance, especially in sea water.
. EEMUA 234 UNS 7060X copper nickel alloy are annealed at temperatures between 593 and 816°C (1100 and 1500°F). EEMUA 234 UNS 7060X copper nickel alloys have good cold working capacity. Suitable for high temperature service;
. EEMUA 234 UNS 7060X copper nickel alloys are used in areas where stainless steel cannot be used due to chloride stress-corrosion cracking (CSCC) and in other parts requiring high levels of corrosion resistance. These alloys are also used as machined and forged valve and pump parts that are utilized for seawater services. The C70600 (90/10) copper nickel alloys have great resistance to sea water corrosion due to the presence of significant amounts of manganese and iron. Applicable for condenser for ship, heat and water supply, chemical industry, desalinator etc.
