Ever since formation in China in 1989, Changzhou Xinya Stainless Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., has been specializing in manufacturing of stainless seamless&welded steel pipe and tube.

Covering an area of 55000 square meters, the Company has the total assets of more than RMB eighty billion with more than 280 employees and 50 specialized technical engineers, equipped with advanced production facilities including 3 sets of LG60 - 2H high speed double line long travel cold pipe rolling machines, 10 drawing machines in 100 ton, 20 ton and 10 ton, 12 precision cold rolled machines, finishing pressing machines, coal gas generator, continual constant temperature drying furnace, besides, for inspections and quality control,  there are complete inspection facilities, covering supersonic flaw inspection machine, Eddy current inspection machine, physics universal testing machine, hydrostatic testing machine, gas pressure test machine, chemical analysis instrument and other test machines.

The Company produces more than 8000 tons of  seamless and welded steel pipes every year.The main grade：TP304、TP304L、TP321、TP316L、S31803、310S、904L、TP347H、TP347HFG、TP304H、TP321H、TP316H. The products are made strictly according to standards of GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, DIN，EN. The range of product size is: outside diameter of Φ6-Φ530mm, wall thickness of 0.5-35mm. The products are used widely in the industries of petroleum, petrochemical, chemical engineering machinery, power plant, boiler, heat exchanger, vessel, textile, chemical fiber, machinery, food machinery, environment protection and other industries.

Thanks to the strict quality control system, we  passed the certification of ISO9002:1994 quality system in 1999 and certification of ISO9000: 2000 quality system in 2002. The Company has passed certification of PED97/23/EC and AD2000 by Germany Rheinland TüV Quality-Assyuance System for several times, industrial production license also. "Shuang Niu" brand stainless steel pipe was rewarded as "Brand-Name Product of Jiangsu Township and Village Enterprises in 2003" and “ Jiangsu province  new and hi-tech products”
