Changshu Walsin Specialty Steel Co.,Ltd Was established as a subsidiary of Taiwan Walsin Lihwa Corporation in 1998. The company is specialised in developing and manufacturing stainless steel seamless tubes/ pipes , with registered capital of 97 million US dollars and  fixed assets and operating funds up to one billion RMB . Walsin is located at Haiyu Town  of Changshu City  , where adjacent to Wuxi ,Suzhou and Shanghai . This geographical position has a beautiful landscape and well access to land and water transportation .  

Changshu Walsin Specialty Steel Co.,Ltd is a modernised company , specialised in manufacturing seamless pipes , with an annual capacity of 50,000 MT . We have a complete set of manufacturing systems  of  stainless steel seamless finished products , starting from raw material processing , hot piercing , cold drawn to cold pilgering .  The main manufacturing facilities including Piercing Mills ,Cold-drawning machines , cold –rolling mills , continuous solution heat-treatment furnaces, Straightening machines and pickling equipments, etc . We also have the state-of-the–art  testing equipments like Universal Test Machines , Impact testers, hardness testers ,  PMI protable Spectrum Analyzers , Metallurgical Microscopes and Metallurgical Analytical System , Ultrasonic Detectors, Eddy–current detectors , Hydrostatic Testing Machines , Endoscopes , Scanning electron microscopes , etc . In 2009 , Walsin introduced a 36MN hot extrusion production line , and achieved successful trial test in 2010.Since then , Changshu Walsin established hot extrusion manufacturing system.

During the process of production , we adopt the full-process quality management , inspect the material at each procedure . This strict management enable Walsin to obtain various certificates: Manufacturing License of Special Equipment , ISO 9001 German RINA certificate , CQC certificate , ( EU )PED certificate , API certificate , various shipbuilding certificates ( DNV , LR,ABS,BV,GL,RINA ,CCS ) Manufacturing license for the civil nuclear pressure containing vessel of PR China ....... Meanwhile , We are qualified by both EPC companies (FLOUR、TECHNIP、CTCI…) and end users ( CNOOC、CNPC、SHELL、EXXONMOBIL、BP…)
