Stainless Steel Pipe Fitting Connection Method





The connection principle of this method is to use a hydraulic clamp to clamp the stainless steel pipe fitting on the pipe, and at the same time, the O-ring is used to achieve the water stopping effect, thereby having a connection effect. Although this method is easy to operate, the pipe wall is very thin, the connection strength is as low as about one-third of that of the pipe body, and the pipe cannot be disassembled. The stainless steel pipe port burr and the flash edge are not cleaned, and the rubber ring is easily broken. It is easy to leak.

The principle of this method is to use the nut of the tightening pipe fitting to press the stainless steel pipe and the pipe fitting with the convex ring axially, and then use the cone sealing ring to stop the water, thereby achieving the connection effect. The advantage is that it is detachable. The disadvantage is that the process of rolling the concave ring on the pipe end is increased during the installation process, the cost of the cast clamp is relatively high, and it cannot be used in the pipeline with negative pressure.

The connection principle of this method is to directly screw the stainless steel pipe fittings, and screw the two connecting members of the inner and outer interfaces with the tapered pipe threads to achieve the sealing effect by connecting the pressure of the port threads, thereby completing the connection. The utility model has the advantages that the utility model is easy to disassemble, the strength of the joint mouth reaches the strength of the pipe body, the installation is convenient and simple, the quality is reliable and stable, and the wall of the pipe member is thin, resulting in low cost, and if the external thread interface is wound around the Teflon raw material tape, it needs to be added. Force, and if a liquid raw tape is used, it can basically ensure that the interface will not leak for a long time.
